Tim & Trent showed up ready to work They were both pleasant and friendly. They got to work immediately on my bathroom plumbing and it was an all day job. There charges for the job was more than reasonable and that was a great relief to meI would recommend Mr Rooter Plumbing to anyone who wants a job done right. They showed up on time and they worked quickly. I had to spend a little bit more than the original estimate due to an unexpected complication. Overall, I am happy with the quality of their work.

No one likes a clogged kitchen sink. Mr. Rooter had Tech Brandon S. Scheduled and dispatched in about 17 hours (Scheduled at 6pm on Saturday and arrived a little before 11 on Sunday ) . He was kind, professional, and patient while explaining the problem and answering questions. They were also kind enough to work with me on payment, accepting 50% down and the other 50% to be paid by Friday (payday) . Oh, and the 90 day service warranty is an added bonus / peace of mind. The entire experience Start to finish was painless and pleasant, as far as plumbing mishaps go. If I'm ever in need of any other plumbing services, I'll definitely start with this company. 10/10
