“The NP that I saw I saw previously at another UC, he’s amazing! My only beef, if you know you can’t help a patient with a particular bit of bloodwork, then cancel the appointment. Don’t make the patient wait in a room for an hour and charge their insurance $500 so you can tell them that their problem is beyond your scope. That’s disingenuous. And the nurse was nice, but she did try to diagnose me just a bit wherever even the PA didn’t even attempt to, this is not her job.“

I don't understand the negative reviews. Yes, you will wait if they have a crowd or someone who's case is worse than yours. But I have always received excellent care - worth the wait.“
