To my surprise, I was called back 15min after booking, letting me know they were able to get someone out to me right then and there! To say the least, I was ecstatic and relieved. My problem was their problem, and my plumber was at my house 20 minutes later! I am beyond grateful for the urgency they showed. Chad was able to figure out my problem within minutes!!!! From there, he advised me on some other issues I was looking to run into sooner than later down the road. Chad then proceeded to take on all the jobs I wanted done! “Darren was here this morning to replace the cartridge in my kitchen faucet. I had misplaced the paperwork. It's a Moen. He informed me that Moen faucets have a lifetime warranty. I called Moen and sure enough, they would have sent me the replacement part free of charge. (I did find my paperwork...). He also taught me how to look up a product on my phone by just scanning it. Who knew? I have an older model American Standard shower faucet that is also hard to turn to adjust water temp. Next, I asked him about my aging water heater. Wow. Also pleased with the estimate and support AND rebate potential. I believe I have found my plumbing and HVAC 'home'. *sigh* It's a process for sure! I've expended a ton of money to get where I am finally comfortable and trusting of a company. Thank you, Darren for all your help.“

“I lucked up on meeting Mr Lindsey at Home Depot while at my wits end with my 2yr old water heater. After him being patient with me asking a thousand questions on if I could fix it or needed to replace it he offered to come and look at it. With me being a first time homeowner and a female I was hesitant but he came over looked at it and gave me a quote. That same day I had hot water!! My home was purchased as a fixer upper and needless to say a headache! Mr Lindsey has been my go to man!! I now have a beautiful entry way, new flooring in both of my tv rooms, and we are working on a design for my kitchen!
