She goes slowly to help shy dogs feel more comfortable, and she is willing to make accommodations to ensure their visits aren't scary experiences. The best thing about taking my dog here is that I know I can trust Amanda to try a new approach or take a break if my dog gets overwhelmed and needs some help. Grateful Grooming is not a factory style salon that puts high volume ahead of pets' wellbeing. Dogs who are able to do so are allowed to be out on the shop floor unkenneled. Your dog's needs come first here, which I really appreciate. I'd recommend this place to anyone, but I'd ESPECIALLY recommend it to anyone with a shy or fearful dog. “I have a 95# dog that needed his nails trimmed since the place I took him to last time ignored his nails because they said he was too big and they couldn't do them. I was so happy with Groom Crew - he usually hates this and they were so good with him and I didn't hear him whimper once. I will definitely be using their services again, including grooming!“

I moved to the twin cities area and spent the longest time trying to find a vet for my cat but so many clinics made it so difficult to accept new patients and turned me away, that I had pretty much given up and resorted to treating my cats discomfort through whatever I could find on chewy.
On a whim one day I looked again and found this amazing clinic. I called on a Wednesday and got an appt for that Friday. My cat was obviously terrified and I prepared for the chaos of a waiting room with my crying cat and barking dogs, and was instead immediately met by the friendliest front desk staff who took me to a room to check in to avoid any drama.
The vet tech and vet were so kind as I explained what was going on with my cat. They weren’t judgmental as I explained that I couldn’t get her in for a long time, and were so gentle when they took Stevie to the back. Even through the door I could hear them talking to her in soothing tones and keeping her calm.
They immediately helped and my cat is no longer feeling discomfort and it is because of how incredible this team was and I am so grateful! I have such peace of mind knowing that there is somewhere I can confidently take my furry family members where they will be treated with love!“

“Not cheap buy worth every cent. I have a big dog and it takes them about two hours to give him a haircut and bath. I can't imagine how long it would be for me without the proper tools or experience. They do a great job and he looks wonderful every time.“
