UPDATE: The owner reached out to me about my experience, and waived our boarding fee in light of our instructions not being followed. She was apologetic and it was clear there were good intentions on their side, it just sounds like they need to work on communicating expectations to pet owners and hosts, and don't have enough experience with rabbits to be offering those services at this time. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Maybe this service is fine for dogs or cats, but we are never boarding our rabbits with them again.
