Nice variety in exercise 2. Great attention to the unique needs of every student 3. Excellent cues and attention to coaching proper form without overwhelming students I feel like I progress in every class bc each instructor also brings their own flavor and vibe getting to know their students and helping them advance. Studio is clean and cheery. Equipment is well maintained. Instructors are extremely caring, knowledgeable, and empathetic. Notes for those considering pilates for the first time. Start with private lessons. Get the basics down. Then switch to a class that consistently has 6 or less students. A good instructor should be very hands on and have the ability to coach all students in their class vs just call out the sequence. pilates is all about proper form and fine tuning of muscles for optimum performance. Too large of a class and you won't get the optimal benefit out of the class bc the instructor won't be able to individually observe and guide you.“

She gently pushes me to complete my "homework" but never makes me feel bad or shameful when it doesn't happen. Katrina has a wide variety of experience in the PT world and with complementary modalities like Pilates, which makes her SO knowledgeable and well-rounded when treating her patients. She has been able to meet me where I'm at, and develop an individualized plan to get me functional again. I have been able to see improvement I didn't see with previous PTs. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone in need of pelvic floor PT.
I also recently started to see Julie as well. Julie is wonderful to work with and working with her has been helpful to keep me on track with movement each week. She is a stickler (in the best way!) for moving and breathing correctly through each movement, which is exactly what I need! I would highly recommend working with Julie as well!“
