Beautiful new studio (there are 2 rooms) with very welcoming staff. They have a great free intro class for you to understand and get to know the studio. I enjoyed my classes that I have taken for a workout that is easier on the body. I often enjoy a little more intensity to the workout (not being able to walk the next day style) and this is not that. It is perfect a day off for someone like me or a wonderful way to get back into working out for newer people

I look forward to my Pilates practice at Club Pilates EP. It is a challenging workout that has helped me control my chronic pain condition, fibromyalgia. The instructors are all knowledgeable and helpful. I like that there is a mixture of practice using the reformer, mat, chair, springboard, and TRX (which I love). It’s easy to sign up for classes via an app on my phone which is extremely convenient. All in all I love my workouts at Club Pilates Eden Prairie.

The instructors are great, the studio is very clean and the classes available are at times that work great for me. I really love doing Pilates and it has strengthened my core and helped with rehabbing a knee injury.
