“I went in because I had a small rip in the jacket and they took it for less than 2 minutes time and professionally fixed it! I asked “Hey, how much do you I owe you?” And they said “No worries about that, this one is free.” I walked out with the biggest smile on my face because of this kind act, This place is the place to go for repairs!! “Went in to have my bridesmaid dress (two layers) shortened, and the tailor said he could get it done by the 20th but I wasn't in a rush so I said by the 27th would be fine. Paid, received a ticket, and left.

Fast forward to today. I called ahead of time to make sure he would be around in the afternoon and not on lunch break, and I was told that he was indeed available for my dress to be picked up. Admittedly, I didn't clarify which dress it was but I was under the assumption that if I was told I could pick up my dress by the 27th, it would be available. I was wrong, because when I came in, I was told that my dress wouldn't be ready until 2pm. Was not told this at any point, and even showed my ticket to him to confirm that I was not given a specific time to pick up my dress by.

I don't know if this is a normal thing for tailors, but it was a huge hassle. Not dropping it down to a 3 star because it's a local business, the price and timeframe were fair, and the tailor seems to be on good terms with a lot of his customers. But it was still a big negative of the experience.“

“Not only did Mulberry’s do a wonderful job of cleaning my two sweaters, but I couldn’t believe my luck when I put my sweater on that was missing two large mother of pearl buttons and they had been replaced! The staff took it upon themselves to restore my sweater to its original beauty!
