Very disappointed in the customer service here. I have gone to the Silverlake on Silverlake rd. For many years. They moved this store with the store on 37th off Silverlake rd. When they transferred the clothing to this location they lost 2 of my dry cleaning orders. This was in 2021 I went there several times seeing if they maybe found my clothing with no luck. They texted me now and said I had 2 orders there please pick up. I went today to get the clothing they lost for 3 years. I asked for a discount on the bill and the owner said NO .... full price. I will not ever use this place again. Not good customer service.

I've been taking my dry cleaning here for a couple years now. The main guy who works here is very friendly. They do a good job and the prices are fair. Never had a problem. I really appreciate the customer service here.

I brought my comforter to be cleaned, and went to pick it up and it reeked like cologne from the shop. I put it outside for 5 days and the smell did not go away. I had to pay another cleaner to get cleaned again. I went to St. Anthony Cleaners to get my money back, and they only said “The owner Samir will call you”. Samir never called. Now I paid 2x to clean the comforter. Horrible service.
