Last month (December) I was outside our house shuffling a few garbage bags from one container to the next, because one container was too full. Later I realized that someone had thrown wet paint into the container and it was on one of the bags I picked up. My new black winter down coat now had white paint under the sleeve. We brought the coat to Mulberrys and the woman there explained they would try to get the paint off. We picked up the coat a few days later but the paint was still there. Except to pay very high grand ave prices for these services. Clothes were treated really nice, and well cleaned, spotless. But honestly the cost to clean 5 jackets and coats was absurd.

They have always done a wonderful job on anything I have brought them... from wool sweaters, winter coats, suits, silk ties, comforters, and they even got out (what I thought were permanent) stains! And best of all planet friendly!
