In addition to having an extra set of hands to entertain my daughter, she always checked in on me emotionally and physically, which I appreciated. “Club Pilates has truly changed my life. I had a very traumatic birth and wasn’t able to use my abs for 11 months because of my C-section. I couldn’t even do a plank for a second when I first started Pilates. Also, after my C-section, I never got my feeling back below my belly button, it was completely numb. Within four weeks of doing Pilates, I had a feeling again.I started doing Pilates at Lifetime but the classes were so repetitive and expensive. “Experiencing Tammy's work has been life changing for the chronic headaches, neck and shoulder pains I have been experiencing for over 20 years. She has gotten me down from excruciating pain levels to hardly a noticeable dull ache during a one hour session many times during the past few years that I have occasionally went to her for bodywork sessions. I have seen her more regularly recently and it has been very helpful in keeping me out of pain &/ a lot less. If I would be more diligent with the simple exercises she's showed me I would probably be living a pain free life. “I participated in the Candlelight class and it was just want my body needed. It was focused on stretching and relaxation. The room was warm, so I still worked up a sweat without feeling like I was working out. It's located in a strip mall, so there is a ton of parking. They even have a locker room with showers should you need it. I had an enjoyable time and would certainly go back.“

“This gym is connected to a strip mall. They do have a small track if you rather run than do treadmill. The TVs are close to the workout machines. They also have a swimming pool. They have another area that I didn't know about.“
