Kris did a great job. I moved into a home in June and the basement carpet hasn’t been cleaned in a very long time. Kris arrived and went right to work. He walked me through all of the steps he was taking during the prep phase and provided some ideas on how to fix some of the bubbles in the carpet etc.He got a ton of stains out that I never thought were possible like paint!It is obvious that Kris takes immense pride in his work and making his customers happy is a top priority.While he was writing up the invoice I was asking him a ton of questions about floor care in general and explained that I was having a terrible time getting my grout cleaned in my bathrooms. Kris got back to me right away when I sent a message, asking for a quote. He gave me a deal he has on his website. He was able to clean my carpets a few days later. Kris was great with communication. He called to say he was running just a bit late, which was fine. What I appreciate most about Asplund cleaning was that he was up front and honest about what needed to be done and what didn't need to be done. I was considering having the furniture cleaned as well. Kris looked at it and said it really didn't need to be cleaned. He could have said it needed to be cleaned and made another $100.
