He walked me through all of the steps he was taking during the prep phase and provided some ideas on how to fix some of the bubbles in the carpet etc.He got a ton of stains out that I never thought were possible like paint!It is obvious that Kris takes immense pride in his work and making his customers happy is a top priority.While he was writing up the invoice I was asking him a ton of questions about floor care in general and explained that I was having a terrible time getting my grout cleaned in my bathrooms.
