“Kris did a great job. I moved into a home in June and the basement carpet hasn’t been cleaned in a very long time. Kris arrived and went right to work. He walked me through all of the steps he was taking during the prep phase and provided some ideas on how to fix some of the bubbles in the carpet etc.He got a ton of stains out that I never thought were possible like paint!It is obvious that Kris takes immense pride in his work and making his customers happy is a top priority.While he was writing up the invoice I was asking him a ton of questions about floor care in general and explained that I was having a terrible time getting my grout cleaned in my bathrooms. He gave me recommendations on what products to use and how to apply them for best results. He then went out to his truck and came back in with one of the products that he had on hand and gave me a sample to get started. And it worked!!!! “4.5 stars: Bob Niemann and his team removed a wall air conditioning unit, closed and repaired the hole, painted the interior (textured) wall, and applied a patch to the exterior stucco. Bob was easy and pleasant to communicate with, always responding to questions and concerns within hours or minutes - and he did a great job matching the stucco texture. His team of painters, Justin and Josh (also very pleasant to have in our home) did a great job with the painting, including having the exterior paint color adjusted after the first coat, when they thought it could match better. After an issue with a plaster crack, they responded quickly to make the repair and finish the job.“
