“My son and I had such a nice experience at wink family eyecare. The staff were very welcoming and smiled upon our entrance and we're very eager to help us find what we were looking for. My four-year-old needed some glasses and they immediately pointed us to age appropriate frames. Had a decent. The ordering process went really smooth and the glasses came a few days earlier than promised. Upon picking them up, we were in and out in about 15 to 20 minutes and that we were well taken care of. This store has a ton of different options, but be wary of the price; they are not listed on any of the frames so you may want to ask before you fall in love with a pair because you might get sticker shock. Located in an easy spot at the west end with a decent amount of parking in front of the store and around the corner.we will likely return for future eyeglasses purchases. All day.“

“Love it here - the staff is so friendly and helpful. They always greet me and remember me (and details about me!) when I walk in :) they are quick, responsive and accurate. I’ve ordered a few glasses here so far and plan to go back this year for an updated pair.I’ve also had an eye exam here which was great! Loved the doctor, she was very informative, kind and took her time answering all my questions.They don’t have anything for kids if you’re looking for that (try Pearl vision nearby) but otherwise, great selection for adults and would definitely recommend.“

“I believe Dr LaMotte performed the most thorough and exacting exam I have ever had, including picking up and planning to correct a problem I’ve had since childhood. No provider evaluated the angles of my two eyes focusing which likely has contributed to fatigue while reading and therefore my academic performance. He provided a wealth of information to help me understand this and my long term term eye care.UPDATE 5/7/24. I just got my new eyeglasses with the new prescription following Dr.LaMottte's suggestions about lens size too, and it is the best I can remember for near, far and midrange!“

“The best eye experience I think I've ever had. I have avoided going to see an eye doctor for a few years due to having some pretty terrible experiences elsewhere, but this place is great. They took the time to explain my test results, showed the scans to me and explained what I was experiencing, allowed time to ask questions and thoroughly answer, and both the student doctor and Dr. Hollenbach were thorough, kind and gentle.This location also carries some very snazzy eyewear, which was a fun experience trying on! The woman helping me on the floor was fun and really hyped me up while trying different styles, haha. I ended up with a pair of sleek Matsuda glasses that I'm very excited and actually looking forward to wear.“

“Lost a screw on my glasses during my conference in downtown Minneapolis. Since it happened on Sunday, I could only get a repair toolkit from target but the screws are too big. The following day, on my way to the airport, I first went to the target optical store but they said no inventory. Then I headed to Moss and was greeted with big smiles. While having a nice chat, they fixed my glasses in no time and for free. They really have nice people!“
