I was referred by my optometrist for follow up on a concern she had. I was able to get an appointment very quickly to see the Optometrist. He recommended a laser treatment. I was scared to death at tbe thought of having a laser on my eye! He sat down and gave me details and pictures of what was going on and what was needed. He answered all my questions. Then when I scheduled my procedure I stated I was very nervous. A tech called me back and reassured me that it was a simple easy procedure. I would be able to drive myself home. I was still not sold. I felt that I had wonderful care at West Metro Ophthalmology. The greeting I received at the reception desk, the testing before the doctor arrived, and the care I received from the doctor was thorough and compassionate.

Good customer service both ph setting up appt prior and when arrived and through stages of visit. Dr professional and yet engaged in learning some of my concerns and helped with more detailed responses to my previous concerns from past surgery elsewhere.
