I just went to iCare for the first time but so far they've been great. They're patient, willing to answer questions, and communicative. I especially appreciate their willingness to answer questions and do so in what seems to be a very honest way. The building is pretty and parking is easy nearby. Price is comparable to many other places but I left there feeling far more confident in my checkup than I have with other places. I'd recommend this place to both people who live nearby and who'd come from far!

Finally a high-quality eyecare business in this neck of the woods in St. Louis Park. The exam was spot-on and remedied out-of-whack prescriptions from a prior optometrist; the prices, while perhaps higher than run-of-the-mill eyecare businesses, are justified by the level of service and options in frames, etc. They even replaced lenses in an existing frame: something many are loathe to do. I ended up buying a pair of Tom Ford orange mirrored sunglasses as well as getting my old frame updated with new lenses. A great team at iCare: responsive, professional and insightful on options and all manner of eyecare issues. I strongly recommend them.

The people in the office are fabulous and the exam part has been phenomenal for myself and my children. I would highly recommend them for that. However, definitely get your glasses elsewhere. They don’t even consult you on the types of lenses but just throw all of the premium things in there and bam! You all of the sudden have $600 glasses. There was no discussion of options or prices whatsoever.
