“First, I did appreciate the job they did, it couldn't have been fun. The biggest issue was communication with the cleaners. Communication with the company was excellent. Only one person out of three understood english and not very well. Overall they did a very good job but there were details that were listed on the agreement that they didn't do or could have done better. They brought kitchen size garbage bags and ended up using 4 or more of my large heavy duty bags. They were very friendly and professional. Were chatting on the phone most of the time while cleaning. I appreciated the job they did. Improvement could be made with communication, being punctual and attention to detail (floor, base boards, inside of windows and sills, top and front of refrigerator.
