Matthew arrived timely to our home. He asked if we would like an explanation of the process. That was a yes. Matthew gave a detailed and clear explanation of the process. I took him through our house showing the vents and duct work. He counted these to use to determine the cost. He asked some questions and then got to work. At all times he was respectful and very careful of our home. Matthew took pictures as he went along in the cleaning process so we knew what was in those vents/ductwork. We are very pleased with the work done and will use Kura Home again and will ask for Matthew if possible.

The gentleman providing the service, Zack , was very professional, personable and efficient. I felt he had a grasp of the task at hand and did a great job with the vent cleaning, putting everything back in it’s original place and tidying up when finished. Showed me a video to show what had been released in the vents to fall to the lowest level in the house to be cleaned out. I would recommend him to other potential clients without hesitation.

We had a great experience with Kura Home and our technician Christian. He was kind, professional, and efficient. The before pictures of what we were breathing in were horrific, and it feels great to get everything cleaned out before our new baby arrives.
