“I contacted Thane because I needed an estimate on some bannister work that my puppy had destroyed. He was quick to respond and we coordinated a time for him to come look. He came over after 5pm (which was a huge convenience for me) and took about 10 minutes. He needed a day to give me an adequate estimate. I chose not to utilize him at this time because I didn't know what to expect for costs so I was not prepared to commit to the project. However, he was very gracious throughout the whole process and once I am ready I will definitely use him.“
