Matt went above and beyond.I had the pleasure of enjoying an excellent conversation with him, both before and after, about a variety of topics. What really struck me was the vast amount of knowledge he possesses about carpets, cleaning supplies, and homes. He knows his stuff, and I mean, really REALLY knows his stuff.
