“I am in no way tech savvy so it is great having Gary available He has helped us a few times over the years and he does a fantastic job of setting us up with the right equipment for our NEEDS, not just the highest priced. He Takes the time to have everything set up the way we need it to minimize the learning curve when upgrades are needed and always speaks as laymen as needed so there really aren't any dumb questions for him. In the case issues arise, he is very responsive and helpful!There have been a few problems we have had that even he couldn't help with due to out of date systems but Gary is very efficient with his time. I researched what people were paying for soldering on a new power (thingy) to the motherboard and seriously, they charged me 1/3 of what folks were paying at BB.Communication could have been a little better but the price and workmanship is what is important to me.
