We use OAC Tech support for two of our companies. The whole team is fantastic, but specifically, Alex is the BEST. Through every issue, no matter how big or small, he is patient, knowledgeable, and efficient. He not only solves our questions and issues in a timely manner but also takes time to patiently educate us on what was done and what to expect. More recently, he completed a migration project between our two companies, and I have to say that the process went so much more smoothly than any other migration project I've been through with my previous employers. OAC is definitely a company you want as your support partner!

I was afraid my computer had caught a virus, and I remembered the excellent work that OAC Technology does so clearly I turned to them right away! Jonathan was kind and professional, and worked diligently until he resolved my issues, going the extra mile by doing additional scans to double check that all bases were covered. I appreciate the thoroughness of his work and the great customer service received. Highly recommend OAC!

This company is awesome! We are a small daycare that had issues with our network, and no one knew how things were set up. Brandon came by same day and fixed the issue. He was a lifesaver - super nice and helpful. We will be using this company again - they really are phenomenal!
