“Beautiful new studio (there are 2 rooms) with very welcoming staff. They have a great free intro class for you to understand and get to know the studio. I enjoyed my classes that I have taken for a workout that is easier on the body. I often enjoy a little more intensity to the workout (not being able to walk the next day style) and this is not that. It is perfect a day off for someone like me or a wonderful way to get back into working out for newer people“

And since the workouts can be 15 minutes with still major calorie burn, I'm not overwhelmed by it! Even after I leave the sauna, my body stays in a higher burn for 60 min! Now.... “Julie from Your Time Yoga is the best! She has taught me so much and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. I have done both private individual sessions and group in-studio and online classes. She teaches to all levels and gives options to adjust poses based on your needs for the day. Her explanations are easy to understand and follow. The biggest gift she has given me is the ability to breath deeply and slow down. My strength and balance has also improved. I am hoping to age well and Julie at Your Time Yoga helps with that!“

“I loved loved loved going to lifetime fitness to workout and work on my basketball game and other things,but now with the different hours and days we can use the gym due to the different hours for Medicare or certain level of our insurance is ridiculous. People with disabilities should be able to use this gym and other lifetime gyms regardless of insurance. I’m completely outraged and will most indefinitely be leaving this gym. This rating is for the facility rather than anything else. Please reach out if you want to keep ur loyal customer. I’m not paying the extra 100 bucks per month when I wasn’t paying anything before to use the gym for free. Overall I’m unsatisfied with everything lately.“
“First class here, John was great. He didn’t rush poses which gave you time to hold and stretch or move to a more advanced variation. And the room was the perfect temp- hot but not to the point where you feel like you are going to pass out.“

“Very good classes with knowledgable instructors. I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the restorative yoga and yin yoga classes were discontinued. I really loved these classes for relaxation and stress reduction. Please find another instructor to teach restorative yoga and yin yoga. I loved the yoga bolsters and blankets used in class too. If Platinum Yoga brings back the restorative and yin classes I would give Platinum Yoga five stars.“
