They were prompt in responding to calls and messages, communicated very well about the status of the project, and asked for permission to add additional time to deep clean blinds and appliances as they required more work than they expected. The before and after of the oven was incredible and the people who came to the house afterwards said it looked and smelled amazing and told me that Star Cleaning did an excellent job.
