A 3 year old can be rough on glasses but this Vision Plus has honored the warranty on the frame and lenses without any fuss. They are all very nice and very knowledgeable, but I have returned to the Center twice since getting my glasses for adjustment assistance and the main adjuster, Marie, helped me both times. She is AMAZING! She does her job extremely well and she's very kind. She kept working at my glasses until they fit perfect. I was so grateful. My son got contacts recently for the first time through this SVS Center, and that experience was also fantastic!
