Really bad customer service. I tried to get a new prescription for lenses on existing frames. I could not do it without starting an account. Then the took my frames into the back and told me they could not do that type of frame. Total waste of time. You are lucky if the attendant is even there and not on break.
Bought glasses about 6 months ago. The lens fell out (they fixed that)and now the coating is coming off of them. Called and they said bring them in and we will see what we could do. Went and they said sorry we can't help. Why tell me to go up there. Bought glasses there for years. Service and quality has gone down. Guess I take my business elsewhere from now on.UPDATE. Called the office again and told the rep that said they could assist me but the assoc would not assist. He is now taking care of the issue.
This place is awesome. I really don't quite remember the last time I had this type of experience getting glasses. Everyone was friendly. In the middle of this pandemic, they cleaned EVERYTHING right in front of you! Highly recommend!
