I had bought glasses for my young son at this South Lyon Vision Plus and they have been very accomodating. A 3 year old can be rough on glasses but this Vision Plus has honored the warranty on the frame and lenses without any fuss. Overall, they have been supportive and I'm glad we chose them for my son's glasses. If I need a new pair of glasses in the future I plan to use this store.

I stopped by on a Friday afternoon hoping to order new frames expecting it'd take a few days to ship. They had the right frames for me there and I walked out 15 minutes later with new glasses as they put existing lenses in the new frames. Best visit ever. Great staff and the very best in customer service. Thank you!

Always have a great experience here. The ladies are very good with my 5 year old. They took their time to get his glasses fit correct, and to interact with him to make him feel comfortable. They make my whole family feel welcome and that is a major plus for me!
