Caitlyn is the best when it comes to waxing, brow tint/lamination and lash lift and tints! My lashes have never looked so good after a lift and tint and my body is smoother than a babies bottom when I leave our wax appointments! Her wax is so gentle too which makes a big difference! And Caitlyn is always so happy and bubbly when I see her. ?

I had an amazing experience at this salon! Liv was fantastic and gave me exactly the shag haircut I wanted. She paid close attention to the photos I brought in and nailed the look perfectly. The whole appointment was super comfortable, and Liv's attention to detail and friendly attitude made the experience even better. Highly recommend????
My shed burned down and I was looking for a good honest company so I call Serve Pro they wanted to over charge so I prayed on it cause I’m not familiar with companies here just recently moved here so then I call the Disaster Response they came in and did a awesome job for a good price I would recommend this company for anyone very honest people and that’s hard to find ??Service: Fire damage cleanup & repair
TO ANY EMPLOYEES OR PEOPLE CONSIDERING THIS JOB; Any other company would be better than Encore, I wouldn't do it. Their so-called "bosses" are extremely unprofessional. Like someone else said in the reviews, the higher up employees are rude and lack empathy for other humans. They are cliquey and unfair to the employees who do all their work for them, as they just stand there and gossip about people behind their back. Also they tell you one thing then later, when you get in trouble for doing it wrong they deny saying anything and can't handle taking any responsibility for THEIR mistake. If that's not bad enough, I watched them send bad product everyday that looks like it will fall off the stick before it reaches the store. This whole company is built on ideals that don't match the new ideals at all. I don't think anyone would be affected if this "business" shut down for good. Their other location has already shut down, this one will go right down the drain with it. But they wonder why they can't get an employee to stick around for long. It is by far the worst management I've ever encountered. I would not recommend Encore

My hair was too long and damaged on the ends and I need a haircut badly. I went to Rachel because she was someone I could trust. She listened to what I wanted and she made me feel comfortable when I was anxious about chopping off my hair even though it was long overdue. She curled it for me and i felt beautiful for the first time in a long time. She definitely knows her stuff and I look forward to my next haircut with her. It's crazy how something as simple as a hair cut can change so much when you have someone so skilled and confident. My only regret is not going to her sooner.
West Michigan Door just installed a new residential garage door at our house. They were wonderful to work with every step of the way. The sales staff was very helpful. The installers were polite and professional and went above and beyond in making sure our new remotes and remote keypad were up and running before they left. The garage door is quiet, attractive, and I would recommend them to all of my friends and family.
We had our kitchen and bathroom renovated a few months ago and it turned out even better than we imagined!! Each and every team member that came to our home was wonderful and so friendly! Communication was excellent! We will definitely have them back for any future projects!

The receptionist is always friendly when I call our an appt and cone in. I had been going there for several years and then it happened...my stylist left! Always happens. Anyway someone suggested Mikala and she is friendly, it is obvious she loves her job and she is willing to listen and look at pictures of styles I lije and put up with an old lady like me and what I want. I always leave satisfied with a smile on my face.
Justin was amazing.He kept in touch with me and let me know that he was running a little behind. When he arrived, we got to the problem immediately and had the bad pull chain replaced within minutes! Thank you for answering all my questions as well!

Hard to get in sometimes, but all of them give fantastic haircuts, and they make a point to remember you and what you like to do with your hair.
Couldn't get an appointment in Kalamazoo to have my cataracts removed, they were scheduling four months out. A friend told me about Grand Rapids Opthalmology (GRO). I called them and got a consultation for the following day. Dr Muallem was very professional and suggested the Light Adjustable Lenses, which corrects the near and far sightedness. He said that there was a 99.7% success rate. I had the surgery a couple of weeks later, five days apart. Three weeks later I returned to see Dr Flikkema for the adjustments, a week apart. Finally the sealing took place and now I have 20/20 vision and no glasses needed. I found out later that only the large cities have this procedure. I couldn't be more pleased. Only downside was the 50 miles one way (9 times) trips to GRO. All in all definitely worth it.

I have been going to this salon for a variance of acrylics, dip and shellac for over 5 years and I refuse to go anywhere else. Staff is extremely friendly, prices are reasonable and most importantly… it is a VERY CLEAN facility.
Cleanliness: Each station is clean and the facility overall is very well taken care of.
We called and in a pinch same day my 9 yr old sons day was made he has wanted a perm (Patrick mahomes hair do) and he’s over the moon happy the manger was so kind caring and very great with him we will for sure be back for services
I rarely write a review… but Megan cut my husband’s hair last night and it was the best cut he’s had in as long as I can remember! She was professional and so, so friendly. I was in the waiting room with our son during his cut, but he said she was thorough and really took time to ensure a perfect blend. We’ll be back!
