This crew has helped me out a few times over the past year and my experience has always been top notch. They are so friendly and professional! I also appreciate that when I need eye exams, glasses etc- they are knowledgeable and it’s a hassle-free process!
Broke my glasses while cleaning them. They broke in half at the bridge. Of course I had no back up and without glasses I Al LOST. reached out to the Grand Rapids MI Alpine Ave. location. My experience was tremendous. Everyone was incredibly helpful and professional. Especially Shatera Coleman. It was like shopping for frames with a good friend. She was also very particular about working w me on the lenses. It took only 24 Hours to get two pairs of glasses that I LOVE. I might go back and get two more pair just for fun and variety!!
