Charge you $90 for a 30 second inspection of your fire extinguisher. Literally the tech just looked at the gauge and then handed it back to me. What a rip-off.Edit: Their manager contacted me immediately upon seeing the review and did what he could to address my complaint. He was genuinely interested in improving my customer experience and I appreciate him for that.
Great company, they call us right before our certifications need to be renewed to set up an appointment. The service tech Gary was great, friendly, and was able to find everything without having me to show him. That saves me time to do other maintenance and not have to lose a couple hours of my day.
