Since the church did not allow viewing before the service, Dan suggested that we meet at the funeral home in the morning gather to say our final goodbyes and prayers and then have a processional to the church. It turned out lovely and such a tribute to my father. The entire staff, from our initial meeting with Dani who walked us through all the steps of planning our father's memorial and services to all the staff who played a part in answering our many questions and calls in the days before our father's viewing and funeral were absolutely accommodating, supportive and informative through the entire process. “I can't express how wonderful Generations funeral service had helped me the one in Farmington Hills and especially shelby Township the kind and courteous assistance that I received after my husband passed the picking up of my husband's body at home after taking care of him in Hospice at home they allowed me to have my time with him before they came and got him they were so very understanding they are financially helpful hospice told me about them the Shelby Township office the respect kind and loving care they had given me without understanding they gave me the opportunity to pick out my earns and my necklace for my daughter and handled everything so well with death certificates kept in touch with me and even came out to the car during the pandemic and handled me everything that I needed in death certificate and walked me through about the process of working with the cemetery an placing his urn at Whitechapel which is a beautiful place thank you generations for all your assistance even till this very day I couldn't ask for better and when I didn't have life insurance cuz it expired my husband's passed not realizing it they helped me through the process they faxed me forms they were so very helpful and I was not able to drive an hour from my home everything was wonderful the respect I had gotten in my home when they came and picked his body up and allowed me to dress him and prepare him for transportation thank you Generations funeral services and home for all that you have done for me I couldn't have done it without you God bless you both offices Farmington and Shelby Township when finances aren't there they guided me and directed me on everything.“

“My wife's family has used this place for many years and unfortunately I have been here more times than I would like due to the circumstances. The people that own and operate the facility are flat out amazing. Recently when my father passed and obviously I suggested them to my mother. In normal fashion they were completely stellar in the handling of my father, and helping my mother and I through the process. The facility is nice and well kept but if I could add an extra star just based on how caring, hospitable and courteous they are I would. Losing a loved one is hard, it's easy to find a small fault and make any little detail a extreme disservice but they did a fantastic job for us from setting up the service and planning. They did a great job on preparing my father. He looked great and did everything we needed. Highly HIGHLY recommended.
