“Great customer service and saved me money! This was the easiest part of dealing with a roof leak. I had water damage to a small spot in my 2nd floor ceiling that occurred months ago, I ended up getting a new roof and then had a mold inspection conducted by a 3rd party afterwards to determine next steps. The mold report did not find signs in the air, but still recommended remediation. I called ServPro of Ferndale to get a 2nd opinion and help on next steps. “I had a small leak and had contacted another mold remediation company. They tried to scam me out of $5,000 to clean the whole house because my house was apparently infested. Steve from Puroclean was amazing, he came and let me know to fix the source of the leak, but doesn’t see any issues. I will 100% be asking Puroclean for any other potential mold problems in the foreseeable future!“
