Darren was on site to begin the remediation within a couple of hoursafter we called them.I attribute the quality of the work performed and the open communication we hadwith the team to Darren. This quality consisted of:1. Easy and open communication on what was going to happen, when and why.2. The removal of the baseboards without any breakage and any excessive noise.3. Building dust barriers to minimize the dust carried into other areas of our home.4. Numbering the baseboards by location for ease of reinstallation by our carpenter.5. Precise cuts in the drywall, making it easier to install the new drywall.We also observed Darren working with his team members. He told them what to do,how to do it, and why it should be done in a specific way. “I bought a wool rug from FB market place and brought it here to be cleaned before bringing home. It took about 2 weeks to get the rug back but it was nice, soft, and clean. Some prices for those wondering my rug was 10x12 and it was about $290. This includes the $45 pet urine fee.“
“They came out and sprayed my house for pests and within 2 days I completely stopped seeing bugs! This was the best thing considering I have a huge tree infront of my home and bushes. I can comfortably walk into my house at night without worrying about bugs being all over my front door!“

“I came home from a trip to find a flooded basement. After checking reviewson Google and Yelp, I called Floodkleenup.Dominic, the owner told me that first I had to get a plumber to drain the water and gave me a phone number and name. Within an hour two plumbers had called me back. After the basement was drained Dominic told us what would happen if we used his guys to empty the basement of wet things (it was packed) or we could empty it ourselves and rent drying equipment. He was completely upfront about how much each thing would cost (as much as he could estimate) which later turned out to be very accurate. Dominic helped me with advice from start to finish. The one bright spot in a miserable situation was calling and hiring Floodkleenup!“
