Good professional service - little priceyWas a bit thrown back when after mentioning bank will handle their payment, they insisted to stop by to pick up payment.(Rainbow submitted invoice to my insurance vs sending me a bill, day of service I didn’t receive any receipt or paperwork for their work- I couldn’t even remember their company name after sometime searching) I had no previous experience of such service and I assumed I’d have a bill in the mail, never received one - and they even came to my door like mobsters. lolWe were finally able to reach eachother for payment.I do recommend this company for their good work.

Jermaine and his crew did a great job cleaning up the water damage to my basement in June of 2021. They were very responsive, professional and I feel like they gave me a competitive price for their services.
