“This review is a little long but I feel the details are important. My interactions for this installation were all conducted over the phone while traveling and my wife handled service in the home. When our original contractor-grade AC unit was rapidly failing during a summer heat event, I was able to contact Harris via online form on a Sunday evening and receive an early call back first thing Monday. We scheduled service for a half hour later and the service tech Ben was able to quickly diagnose the issue. He was polite, professional and fast. Our AC was beyond financial sense for repair so after consultation with us, Ben arranged an estimate appointment right away with an estimator, Tim, who was quickly able to supply three quotes for different efficiency models with an opinion and recommendation. We selected a unit then Tim immediately scheduled an installation appointment for us first thing Tuesday morning. We were confident in Tim’s knowledge to get this accomplished quickly. All this was complete by 11:30 Monday morning as the old unit struggled to keep up. Tuesday morning Jordan and Mario arrived first thing and proceeded to perform the removal and replacement. Both men were polite, knowledgeable and very respectful of our home. Job was completed within two hours and no cleanup required anywhere by us! Communication and arrangements by the pleasant office staff, Chelsea and Ashley, was timely and accurate. There is no downside or criticism for this transaction and that is rare. Response, accuracy, quality of product and price were all excellent. This was my second large transaction with one in another residence seven years ago that was equally as good an experience. Consistency over time is a key measurable of a well run business. They deserve a chance to show you what they can deliver!“
