Our existing furnace was on its last days. I called Superior Comfort for an estimate because I had a great experience with the company at a prior residence. The salesman came out, showed up on time, gave us a quote and we signed on the spot.The installers came out on time three days later when they said they would at 9:30am and worked all day nonstop explaining every thing throughout the install.At the end, they cleaned up very nice. I would like to mention their names, Tyler S, Austin and Rudy for doing a great job! Their team - starting with the first point of contact (Erica), tech (Ken), sales (Bryan) and install (Justin and Gavin) - was extremely patient, courteous, knowledgeable and just plain nice! Communication was great throughout. Justin and Gavin worked hard, were resourceful to solve problems, very knowledgeable on the system install and had amazing attitude and attention to detail. Highly recommended!
