“If I could give 10 stars I would. Hafez and his crew are outstanding. We had a 56 year-old furnace and an AC from the 80s so we knew we needed to replace. He came out for a repair and never pressured us but showed us some areas of concern so we decided to move forward. They all went above and beyond and especially in dealing with the city and did in ways I know for a fact other companies would not have. The whole crew is friendly, hard-working, respectful of you and your property, make sure they do the job completely, and clean up afterward. Mr. Attar definitely cares that his name is behind every repair and install and stands behind his work. I couldn’t be more pleased and he definitely has a loyal customer in me going forward. “This company is fantastic. I had another company install a part that they said was bad, when the furnace stopped working less than 2 weeks they never called me back and wouldn’t answer my calls. Reckinger to the rescue. They came out same day checked my furnace and discovered it was leaking carbon monoxide, which is why furnace stopped working, they quoted me for new furnace came and put a temporary one in. The next day they installed my new furnace. Very nice people to deal with from office staff, sales person and of course the technician’s who came to my house. I am even going to be set up on there maintenance program.“

We have an old house with an old heating setup and the guys refit all necessary ductwork and was able to free a closet for me where our old furnace was. They were thorough with everything and explained the whole process.. they were really good about cleaning up after themselves and keeping each other on tasks and communicating with each other what needed to be done..very professional and nice.
