First, I don't do reviews unless I receive exceptional service. This company was exceptional. First, they answer their phone and they call you back when they say will. I booked a quote appointment. He was there on time and provided a quote. I booked the work for about a week later. He said they would arrive at about 9 a.m. The 2 employees showed up on time. I love punctuality! They were polite and got to work right away. They took the old fireplace out and installed the new one in a relatively short period of time. These guys are great! The technician (Scott) showed up early, was very friendly and did an excellent job. He really knew his stuff too - after having another company come in twice attempting to install my furnace humidifier and then finally admitting that they could not finish it (but still charged me) CK Mechanical came in and had it done in less than 1 hour. Definitely glad I called them and well worth the money!
The warranty replacement of the leaking unit was completed ahead of schedule and they were very accommodating to my work schedule. Special thanks to Aws, he is very polite and his work was great.
