“this place is great, been there twice now an looking forward to my next visit. they do a excellent job. i have had 2 different people. an both were vary good. it is a vary clean place, rooms are vary nice an clean. you take your shoes off at the door.. i have never had a dispute over the groupon coupon. when you call you just tell them that you bought a groupon coupon an they ask for the number up in the right hand corner of paper an that is all you need. have never heard any body yelling over phone. or at any one else for that matter.the place is vary quiet peace-ful, you walk away feeling great.

Dalton was my medical assistance. He was funny. We had good conversation about temperatures I was here for post op appointment from getting a medical device inserted. Very pleasant staff. Glad to be back in Michigan to be able to come to these doctors.“

“My experience with this location of Planned Parenthood was absolutely fantastic. Literally everyone that was working there was super kind, understanding, patient, and accommodaing (and very willing to help in any way they could). I had an appointment to get an IUD put in, and of course while the procedure itself is uncomfortable, I felt safe and very well-taken care of by the doctor who did the procedure, and by the people who helped me adjust to the uneasiness/discomfort I had recovering from the procedure. These people went above and beyond, and made sure I was safe and okay before I headed back home.“

“Was referred to the Ann Arbor location after a failed iud placement at the Ferndale location. My experience at the Ann Arbor facility was great. Dr. Crissman was so kind, gentle and knowledgeable. Every staff I interacted with made me feel safe and cared for. The facility also had sedation as an option for the iud insertion which made the whole process essentially painless. Great facility and staff.“

“My husband went to their inpatient program for 10 days. After 3 years in severe pain, several visits to the Mayo Clinic, MRIs, CAT Scans, lumbar punctures… the list goes on and on! Along with many moments of hopelessness, Dr. Saper and his team changed my husband’s life. It’s was surely a process. We traveled from the southeast 2x, spent many hours on the phone, and completed several different extra exams, after 2 months he felt so much better. Yes, it’s costly (lots of copays and fees) and no it’s not the most modern facility, but the knowledge and outcome was worth it! You may also have to do some trial and elimination processes, but neurological issues are extremely complex, so this was expected.If you are tired of feeling pain and willing to do your part along with spend $$, you have the potential of getting better with this medical team.#forevergrateful“

“At this time I'm giving 4 stars, only not 5 because I'm a little frustrated with the new phone system and hours. Hopefully that will change and I can move it back to 5 stars.
The doctors and PAs have always been wonderful. Dr. T Phillips is my doc, and she's just fantastic. I've also seen Dr. Kaplan a few times and he was great too. The nurses I've spoken too are always super knowledgable and kind. All the in person staff and previous most the phone staff was always really nice.

I'm not loving the new phone system and hours though. Some of the people that answer the phone are super nice and helpful, some are kind of rude and not helpful- it's hit or miss. I really wish they had SOME hours on Saturday and Sunday, as it's hard if you get sick on Friday. They used to have Saturday hours. Lastly, right now the phone system isn't even working which is frustrating- none of the phone even ring right now for some reason. I just wish they hadn't done this new phone system- it's just not working so far it seems like. Maybe just new kinks in the system. Fingers crossed! Will try to call again in a few.
