“I have found both doctors and the nurse practitioner to be knowledgeable, understanding and very good at communicating with me (addressing concerns of my toddler). I appreciate the patient support and assistant's happy-to-do-it attitude. Nora is always extremely helpful, polite and accommodating. I'm always promptly scheduled and promptly taken into a clean and tidy room. I'm very glad to have found them!!“

“I gave one star only because it was the only way to proceed. Staff is inept. The doctor is aware but says his staff is employed by the hospital and not him so therefore he has no control. I recommend finding another doctor. That being said, Doctor Shaffer is a real nice guy and we like him alot.My husband and I love Dr. Shaffer and think he's worth going to see, despite the office staff.“
