“Dan, the owner, was fantastic to work with. He followed up with me after the initial account rep left, and offered me alternative options that they could do. The crew themselves, were tight and did a great job on the fascia and soffit work and I'm really happy with the end product. They got in here a lot sooner than initially estimated.Where I deduct points from ACME is with the replacement account rep that took over after Dan's initial touchpoint. He was rather difficult to get a hold of, and when I asked about one thing outlined in our contract that I wanted to make sure was happening, he deflected the question to something else entirely. Then after the work was done, I did not get a follow up walk through of the work as outlined in the contract, and my email was completely ignored. I did however get a call from Dan.The other area that I deduct points is clean up. I did have to go around the perimeter of the house and clean up stray nails and bits of aluminum. Just a little bit more care in cleanup would have made the crew S tier.“
