Set an appointment up about a week before for an estimate. Morning of estimate they called and said I was out of there service area. Even though I asked when setting up appointment they said I was in there area. Had windows by them in a previous house. Good job. That's why the 3 stars or it would of been one!
I went to the Novi Home Show and made an appointment for wallside to come to my home and make an appointment. Wallside called the day before the appointment and has informed me that they refuse to come to my home and give me a quote. I spoke to a call center supervisor and they again refused to come to my home and give me an estimate unless my wife and I were both present. My wife works and it is not possible for her to be in the house. Apparently, they use the hard sell process to make their sales and do not want to give an estimate and then wait for a decision. I will go with a different window company that is willing to do the work, and not make up unreasonable...read full review
