“I had a small ground level deck on a home in Mason I purchased in 2022. It was in sore need of replacement. Esser Builders II did a stellar job of removing and replacing the existing deck with one that is up to todays standards. The existing one was at least 20 years old and was well rotted under and above the deck planks. It did not use materials or methods that would be accepted by today's standards.I now have a deck that will last as long as I live in this house and beyond. It was well worth having Esser Builders II do the work and I will use them for any needs going forward.“

“Shawn came in well below other major roofing contractors when I was bidding out a new roof on my home. I appreciate that Shawn didn’t waste my time with a sit-down and over-explained waste of time session explaining their work, just shot me the number and expectations for the project.The team were professional in their timing and showed up every day around 7:00 and left by the time I got home around 5-6. The lawn and driveway were swept with magnets to pickup any nails and there was a very minimal amount of shingle debris I noticed and picked up.All extras in cost were well communicated and known of well ahead of issuing a contract.Adding vents was a common up-sale item from some competitors, but for Shawn it was just base bid, and that’s much appreciated.Overall, the team was quick on install, and the roof looks great 1 month later with no problems thus far (installed Sept 2023)One small issue is the finish on the roof vent caps were slightly scratched up, but for $5 at the hardware store, touch up painting was easy enough.“

“Dan, the owner, was fantastic to work with. He followed up with me after the initial account rep left, and offered me alternative options that they could do. The crew themselves, were tight and did a great job on the fascia and soffit work and I'm really happy with the end product. They got in here a lot sooner than initially estimated.Where I deduct points from ACME is with the replacement account rep that took over after Dan's initial touchpoint. He was rather difficult to get a hold of, and when I asked about one thing outlined in our contract that I wanted to make sure was happening, he deflected the question to something else entirely. Then after the work was done, I did not get a follow up walk through of the work as outlined in the contract, and my email was completely ignored. I did however get a call from Dan.The other area that I deduct points is clean up. I did have to go around the perimeter of the house and clean up stray nails and bits of aluminum. Just a little bit more care in cleanup would have made the crew S tier.“
