Recently we had a situation that required immediate attention to service our furnace. I submitted a request on their web site and within hours we had a technician at our door.Our service was a two-parter with two different technicians doing their part for the service. Both technicians were very knowledgeable, communicated clearly, were professionals but most importantly they knew their stuff and repaired our service back to excellent condition.The woman that responded to the website forms was very pleasant, professional and she too communicated very well.The work was performed in a timely manner. They did not damage any surroundings and left the room as clean as when they came in...which really isn't saying that much, lol.Mr. Furnace is a local gem to our greater Macomb, MI surrounding areas.“
