We purchased a furnace from Mr. Furnace in 2019. The technicians that installed were excellent and the price was fair. Recently we had a situation that required immediate attention to service our furnace. I submitted a request on their web site and within hours we had a technician at our door.Our service was a two-parter with two different technicians doing their part for the service. Great company~ Joe the sales guy was right on target with every question I asked. The installers are great! They made the install top notch They went above and beyond to do a clean install, "its just a piece of equipment" until it's all wired, plumbed & ducked in. So~ they relay play "the big roll" in getting it right. Thank you Joe, and Crew~ for taking the time & care to properly size, and install our new Trane Furnace/A.C system.

Great and FAST service in SCS. Furnace stopped kicking on a Saturday. The weekend price was fair and outlined before they sent someone out for service. Because I had a pretty good idea what was needed (sensor cleaning), I was pretty sure of the cost before they came out. Technician was here twenty minutes later and wasted no time. House is getting toasty again within 40 minutes of my initial call.
