We had a great experience with Absolute Comfort Control Services when fixing our furnace this winter. Steve, who came to our rescue, was not only prompt and efficient but incredibly friendly. We recommend their services for anyone in need of heating solutions!
My Furnace stopped working last week.. Called several companies who could not come out for 2 days.. Called Absolute and they came out same day...From the first call to the new furnace install, everything was great..Special thanks to installers Dustin and Jeff..Very professional and very respectful of my home...100% recommend
My furnace wasn't working on Friday morning, I called reliance and they sent a tech in the afternoon who just went in crawlspace and shut it off and then back on, then said the heat exchange was plugged and tagged it. It meant we had to get a new furnace (fixing the heat exchange in a 15 yo furnace is not worth it). he said he would get a sales rep from reliance to call me within the hour for a quote, but they never did. I ended up asking around and reading reviews and I found Absolute being the highest reviewed. I called at 3:30 PM and Derek a sales rep from Absolute was at my house at 6. very knowledgeable, explain all the different furnaces, and even took into account...read full review
