“I went to a first session and it was a good experience. I definitely say you need to be somewhat in shape though . The class really pushes and challenges you. I appreciate that the instructor was hands-on, she corrected my form and didn’t ignore me. That feels good as a first timer I appreciated it. The classes are pretty pricey, so I’ll have to budget in, but I want to give kudos for the great staff there! Hope to sign up soon“

“Kieana is an excellent trainer and so much more. She’s the best cheerleader, listener, and coach. Her approach is holistic and personalized. She’s been flexible to both my physical and emotional health. When my ankle is sore (from a previous injury) she’s adjusted the routine to low impact; and when I’m exhausted mentally or having a stressful day, she includes some ball slamming and a listening ear. I’ve had other “terminator” trainers who were great, and I got results. However, I am so thankful that I’ve found Kieana – she’s special.“

“Ed the new manager is a gem! He listens to concerns, is friendly and personable, and maintains professionalism. Would give 5 stars for him solely but he gym itself could be cleaner and better maintain. While there are plenty to choose from a plethora of machines have broken parts that seem like they'd be an easy repair. And the women's sauna had towels just thrown about in it. I have no idea how long they've been there. The locker room and shower area seems fairly clean though I would still wear water shoes to protect my feet. The atmosphere felt safe and quiet. I wasn't disturbed during my 45 minutes work out in the morning which I appreciated. Overall pleased to be a member at this gym.“
“I have never ever enjoyed going to the gym, but edge is different and it really works for me. Starting with a few classes allowed me to only need to show up to get a workout without feeling out of place as a beginner. I’ve moved on to doing some of my own workouts as well and feeling more confident, but I continue to do BodyPUMP, yoga, and sprint classes because the instructors are great and the classes are fun. This gym is mainly young people which is nice since it’s more my peer group. It’s affordable too. The employees are always extremely kind, especially Jaali! Ive also become addicted to the shake bar ?. I only write reviews when I’m really pleased, and I’d absolutely recommend this gym.“
