“Love this box. The coaches are educated and attentive to needs of members. Class sizes are small and you won’t go a class without a coach addressing you directly and making sure you’re noticed. Love the altruism of the gym as well as they are partnered with multiple non-profits that are a positive impact on the surrounding community. Wouldn’t have met some of my best friends if it weren’t for Core City CrossFit.“

“AH-Mazing! I just started attending Yin Nights, on Thursdays and let me teeeeellllllll YOU... I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE VIBES! The entire experience is beautiful and so very peaceful! My boyfriend & daughter (and soon my little sister) have joined me, here! This is absolutely where I need to be, as often as possible! I love it here! Before now, I hadn't practiced Yoga in over 10 years. I am so happy to be back with the practice! See you guys, later this week! I can't wait to try all of the other classes, available!“

“This place is for EVERYBODY! Yes, Bikram yoga is hot and super hard, but the people here at this studio make it worth the struggle. I have been welcomed with consistent kindness, great explanations, and solid tips that make each pose both aspirational and approachable at the same time. Shoutout to Jennifer especially for her excellent guidance. But honestly all of the teachers are really great. You won’t regret coming here.“

“Hello Fellow Fitness Enthusiasts!If you are serious about getting into the "your" best shape, you can't go wrong with Lazet and The Life Center Private Fitness Facility. I lost 20 pounds in approximately 6 months. I am able to keep those extra pounds off by working out with Lazet and her team 3 days a week and making healthy meal choices. You can have the same results. You are not too old to get in shape. The best way to combat the signs of aging is to get fit and make healthy food choices. I am proud to admit that I am 62 years old. I am asked regularly if I am in my 30's (which of course I answer YES!).Thanks, Lazet!“

“This place is fine, the new manager has the place running better. Some of the machines and most of the cardio equipment is outdated and in need of replacement. But otherwise, it gets the job done.“
