“we contacted this company, could not afford the price the funeral home had, but they did not have the casket we wanted, Mr. Earnest made a phone call and the casket was delivered the next day. he said they were a new company and I must say, his facility is beautiful. look like it can be a pole barn very nice inside and their prices are wonderful. I truly recommend Flint Caskets and Memorials they good people and they work with you on price.“

“Overall, it was a nice experience with the actual funeral service and Swartz staff. The only issues is with the pick up of my father's remains and death certificate. They called my mother to pick up my father's ashes and instead of allowing my mother this who is next of kin, they allowed my SIL (love her) to pick them up just simply because she and my brother had been the ones handling things and they knew them and thought it was okay. It wasn't okay as my mom wanted to do this for herself and help her process dad's passing. It's why they had her number so she could be the one to pick up his ashes and death certificate. Otherwise there wouldn't have been any issues.“
